Welcome to jussssarah (the "Site", jussssarah.com). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site and your purchase of any digital products I offer. By using the Site, or by clicking to accept these Terms where that option is offered, you agree to be bound by these Terms and my Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who I Am
jussssarah is a small independent business creating and selling digital productivity templates, guides, and related digital products.
2. Who Can Use the Site
The Site and my products are intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Site, you confirm that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and that you agree to these Terms.
3. Changes to These Terms
I may revise and update these Terms from time to time at my discretion. Changes are effective as soon as they are posted. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms, so please check this page from time to time.
4. The Products
I sell digital products, including Notion templates, PDF guides, wallpapers, and similar downloadable or duplicatable files. These products are delivered electronically. No physical item is shipped.
I do my best to describe each product accurately, but I cannot guarantee that every description, preview, or screenshot is completely free of error. Product features and contents may be updated over time.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The Site and all of its contents, features, and functionality (including text, images, designs, logos, and the jussssarah name and branding) are owned by me and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The jussssarah name and logo are my trademarks and may not be used without my written permission.
These Terms permit you to use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or transmit any material from the Site except as allowed by the product license in Section 6.
6. License to Use Products
When you purchase a product, I grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use that product for your own personal and internal business purposes.
You may:
- Use the product for your own personal or internal business use.
- Modify a template for your own use.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, share, give away, or transfer the product or its files, whether modified or unmodified.
- Claim the product as your own original work.
- Use the product, or its design and structure, as a basis to create a new template or product to be sold or freely distributed.
For the avoidance of doubt, the reselling, reproduction, or redistribution of my templates and products is strictly prohibited. If you violate this license by giving, selling, sharing, or transferring my product to anyone, I reserve the right to revoke your access and to bill you for any additional licenses used. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by me.
7. Purchases and Payment
- Products bought directly from me are processed securely through Gumroad. Products bought through the Notion Marketplace are processed by Notion. By purchasing, you also agree to the terms of whichever platform handles your checkout.
- Prices are listed at checkout and may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already completed.
- You are responsible for any taxes that may apply, unless collected automatically at checkout.
8. Delivery and Access
After a successful purchase, you will receive access to your digital product, usually a download link or a link to duplicate a template. Access is typically immediate. If you do not receive your product or have trouble accessing it, contact me at jussssarah@gmail.com and I will help.
9. Refunds
Because my products are digital and delivered instantly, they are generally non-refundable once purchased and accessed. That said, I care about your experience, so please reach out and I will do my best to make it right.
- If you purchased through the Notion Marketplace, refunds are governed by Notion's Marketplace terms. In most cases, Notion will provide a refund within 14 days of purchase if you request one through your Notion workspace.
- If you purchased through Gumroad, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing me at jussssarah@gmail.com. Please make sure this window matches the refund setting in your Gumroad account.
Outside of the situations above, all payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
10. Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute, you agree to forfeit any and all products and access granted to you in exchange for your original purchase. I reserve the right to present proof of your access and these Terms to the financial institution investigating the dispute.
11. Prohibited Uses
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt the Site or its servers.
- Introduce any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
- Use any robot, spider, or automated means to access, monitor, or copy the Site or its content without my permission.
- Impersonate me or any other person, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization.
I reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for anyone who violates these Terms.
12. Blog and Comments
Any blog posts and free content I share are provided for general informational and personal use, and remain my intellectual property. You are welcome to read and link to my content, but please do not republish it as your own.
If the Site allows comments or other contributions, you are responsible for what you post. You must not post anything unlawful, defamatory, abusive, hateful, infringing, or otherwise objectionable, and you grant me the right to use, display, or remove such contributions at my discretion.
13. Copyright Complaints
If you believe any material on the Site infringes your copyright, please contact me at jussssarah@gmail.com with enough detail to identify the material and your rights to it, and I will review and respond.
14. Testimonials
Any testimonials shown on the Site reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results.
15. Third-Party Links and Tools
The Site uses and may link to third-party services (such as Gumroad, Kit, and Notion). I am not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of those third parties. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
16. No Guarantees
My products are tools and resources to help you organize and improve your systems. I share them in good faith, but I do not guarantee any specific result, and the content is not professional financial, medical, legal, or psychological advice. You are responsible for how you use what you buy.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
Your use of the Site and any products is at your own risk. The Site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent allowed by law, I disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. I cannot guarantee that the Site or any files will be free of viruses or other harmful components, so you are responsible for your own anti-virus protection.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or my products. My total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
19. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold me harmless from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or my products.
20. Geographic Note
I am based outside the United States. I make no claim that the Site or its content is appropriate or available in every location. If you access the Site from a place where doing so is not legal, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with your local laws.
21. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by my Privacy Policy, which explains how I handle your personal data. Please read it alongside these Terms.
22. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
23. Severability, Waiver, and Entire Agreement
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect. My failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms and my Privacy Policy make up the entire agreement between you and me regarding the Site.
